Gomorrah, a film based on the murderous activities of Naples' Camorra clan opens this week in the UK.
The book on which the film was based is described as a "non-fiction novel" by its author, Roberto Saviano. It has become a bestseller in Italy, but young Mr Saviano has been unable to enjoy his success, as death threats from the mafia mean he must live under 24 hour police protection.
