A Winning Suit
Each year the British version of the magazine GQ (Gentlemen's Quarterly) publishes a chart of the best-dressed men in Britain.
This year, Daniel Craig, the latest incarnation of agent 007, James Bond, arrived at the top. His suits are tailor-made by the firm of Alfred Dunhill at London's Duke Steet, St James's, not so far from Savile Row.
Pierce Brosnan, a former 007, had his kit organised by the Rome-based company of Brioni. (Brioni suits start at a cost of $2,000).
A big surprise was that Tory leader David Cameron reached number eight. But he was beaten by star footballer David Beckham who did well at position six.
The singer Jarvis Cocker made it to number 16. Sir Elton John got in at number 17. Poor David Bowie was placed at a rating of 20.
British prime minister Gordon Brown did not figure on the list.
Clothes maketh man.
