Happy Birthday RAF
The renowned British Royal Air Force has celebrated its 90th birthday with a fly-past over the Houses of Parliament and above the centre of the capital and high over Buckingham Palace.
The impressive exercise was performed by the squadron known as the Red Arrows.
The timing was precise, the formation impeccable. Crowds cheered on the banks of the Thames.
The Eurofighter Typhoon aircraft also displayed their tail-end red, white and blue colours over the south London Eye ferris wheel.
Well done. We salute you.
