Staying With Hitler In Luxury

Hitler's 'death court' in Berlin has been transformed into luxury flats.

Hitler's judges sentenced more than 1,000 anti-Nazi resistance fighters to death in the very rooms where you can now eat breakfast and watch a DVD. (Why not 'The Great Dictator' by Charlie Chaplin ?)

The former Third Reich courthouse is home to rich volk. What fun. Have a taste of the old days when Herr Grandpa was with his pals in the SS (Schutzstaffel). Translation: 'The saints'.

These lodgings are described by the developer - he does not want to give his name - as "exclusive". Hitler was also exclusive in the sense that he favoured the extermination of jews, gypsies and homosexuals.

The Fuehrer's actual personal residence survived American and British bombing and is the home of a German family. It was designed by the favourite architect Albert Speer.

The family don't want to give their name or address.
