Freedom Of Movement? Freedom Of Speech?

As France's transport strike finally begins to peter out after nine days, No Pasaran has a look at how well strikers take to good-natured criticism from the friendly Blue Helmets of BAF.

Thin skins, these CGT guys.

Freedom of movement is a a gift of the transport unions and can be withdrawn at any time.

Freedom of speech is dependent on saying what the unions and their thugs want to hear. Following an anti-strike protest on Sunday afternoon, your correspondent witnessed a union supporter screaming hysterically at an anti-strike demonstrator being interviewed by the press. He had the temerity to suggest that the unions were holding France's commuters hostage: "How dare you! Fascist! Fascist bastard! They're not holding anyone hostage! I'm sick of you! I'm sick of people like you! Fascist bastard" she screamed.

There's "social dialogue" for you. If you're not shouted down, you're attacked.
